Every angle, one light.
Forty-eight frames rendered from the master model, so the light never shifts as it turns. Scroll to orbit it, or just grab it and drag.
Seven components.
Two need hard tooling.
Everything above the midsole is soft-tooled: the knit program, the weld dies, the cut dies. Only the midsole and the outsole need moulds. That is this shoe's entire cost structure in one sentence, and it is why the next AERO can be a new upper on the same sole rather than a new shoe from scratch.

We modelled a US Men's 9 foot, 274 × 99 mm, put it inside the shoe, and measured the clearance at 49 stations along its length. The slight interference through the midfoot is deliberate. On a shoe with no laces, that is what keeps it on your foot. Engineered knit gives 3 to 6 mm under load.
That is a geometric validation against a modelled last. It is not a wear test on real feet and we have not run one yet.
No lacing anywhere
What it isn't for. A laceless collar can't be tightened. This is an everyday and gym shoe, not distance running and not lateral court sport. We would rather lose the sale here than take the return later.
Wash it.
Don't cook it.
Cold cycle, mesh bag, sockliner out and washed separately. Nothing on the outside of this shoe is stitched, so there is no seam to come apart in the drum.
Air dry only.
Heat delaminates welded overlays and warps EVA. No tumble dryer, no radiator, no hot car. That is the one instruction that matters, which is why it is here and not hidden on a label inside the shoe.
Being straight with you: washability is how this shoe is built, not a tested result. We have not yet destroyed a production sample in a machine to prove it. When we do, the number goes here.
